This is the key to living our best life long-term.

Try these small changes and stick with them, make them sustainable swaps. Before you know it they’ll be the new norm and you will be feeling amazing and so proud!

  • Put healthy snacks at the front of your fridge and pantry, don’t buy/hide the high sugar/fat snacks. Out of sight out of mind.

  • Save treats for special times only, not daily or weekly occurrences. Birthdays, special family dinners etc…

  • Wine free weekdays, for you winos this is a successful strategy for curbing the flow!

  • Eat when you are hungry not bored, tired, sad, stressed, find comfort else where for your emotions. Food is fuel.

  • Always make sure your plate resembles a rainbow.

  • Drink alllll of the water, not quite but you get the picture!

  • Move your body, even just a little every single day.

  • Make sure the biggest portion on your plate comes from plants, particularly green and or leafy varieties.
