A little note from the Strong Woman Kitchen

Here in the Strong Woman kitchen we are all about nutritious and delicious food that nourishes the bod! Our bodies give us so much and we believe it is our responsibility to fuel them with the best and most delicious food we can.

Here’s what you will find in our recipe section. Balanced nutrition, in season fruit and vegetables, easily sourced pantry items, breakfast/lunch/dinner inspo, snacks, smoothies, winter warmers and summery salads, some keto friendly recipes and refined sugar free sweeteners.

  • We get how busy life is for working women and busy Mums (and the many who fall into both categories) so we’ve specifically designed our recipes to be quick with simple steps to follow.

    You will notice there is NO refined white sugar, plain white flour, deep frying or fizzy drinks. If you're looking for these items you’re in the wrong group Girl Friend!
