Take one day at a time, you can do it!

When you’ve got an end point in mind patience and consistency can be the hardest virtues to practise.

All you eager beavers who focus on the end goal and feel disheartened because it’s seems unachievable you need to STOP!!!

Start focusing on the small steps you take every day to get there. There is no one giant step that does it, it's lots of little steps.

Instead of focusing on your end point try this…..

Focus on just today and then tomorrow. Start with Monday and then step to Tuesday. One day at a time. Once you’re in the swing of progress you’ll be able to focus on a few days together, then a week at a time and then a month. But, you have to start with baby steps first.

Focus on now, today, what can you do better than yesterday.

Forward is forward.

The turtle always beats the hare.

One day at a time is the secret to building momentum and long lasting habits.
