Healthier rice bubble bars
Ingredients
2 C rice bubbles
1/4 C raw cacao powder (you could just use cocoa powder if you don’t have raw cacao)
4 Tbsp honey
1/2 C crunchy peanut butter
1/2 C coconut oil (melted)
Pinch of salt
Directions
In a large bowl mix together the cacao powder, honey, peanut butter, coconut oil and salt. Once combined, tip in and stir through the rice bubbles. Pour into a loaf tin lined with baking paper, smooth it out and pop into the freezer, set for one hour. Chop into pieces, keep in the freezer in a container so it doesn’t melt. Kids love this slice and it’s much healthier than the traditional sickly white sugar version! Yum!
