Green Power Smoothie
Ingredients
250ml Coconut water
1 banana
1 packed C spinach leaves
1 Tbsp chia seeds
2 scoops protein powder (I used Nuzest Vanilla but any would be fine)
A few cubes of ice if you like it cold
Directions
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz! Enjoy the green goodness for breakfast!
