Salmon & Egg Salad
Ingredients
Salad greens (You could add any you liked)
Handful of chopped cherry tomatoes
Two boiled eggs, chopped up
Red onion
Feta cheese
Sliced cucumber
Smoked salmon (I just used a few pieces of smoked salmon from a pre packed vacuum sealed pack from the supermarket deli section)
Directions
Add all the ingredients onto the plate, soft boil the eggs for around 8 minutes and then chop up warm onto the top of the salad.
