Salmon & Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • Salad greens (You could add any you liked)

  • Handful of chopped cherry tomatoes

  • Two boiled eggs, chopped up

  • Red onion

  • Feta cheese

  • Sliced cucumber

  • Smoked salmon (I just used a few pieces of smoked salmon from a pre packed vacuum sealed pack from the supermarket deli section)

Directions

Add all the ingredients onto the plate, soft boil the eggs for around 8 minutes and then chop up warm onto the top of the salad.
