Garlic bacon mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 250g bacon finely diced

  • 1 x 400g bag mushrooms

  • 1 onion thinly sliced

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

  • Salt & pepper to paste

  • Fresh parsley to garnish (optional)

Directions

Cook bacon in a large frying pan on medium heat until it starts to go crispy (about 10 mins). Add mushrooms and turn heat to high, let the mushrooms cook until liquid has evaporated. Add onion, reduce heat, cook for 5 mins. Add garlic to the pan, cook for another minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley (optional).
