Broccoli Mash

Ingredients

  • 2 heads of broccoli

  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 1 onion, diced

  • Big nob of butter

  • Salt & pepper

Directions

Chop up and steam broccoli until cooked through. While that’s cooking, in a pan add butter, onion and garlic and saute. Add everything into a blender and blitz until you reach desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper. Great as a side dish and an alternative to mashed potatoes!
