Banana and orange smoothie
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 navel orange, peeled
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Nuzest but any would do, if you don’t have any protein powder you could leave it out)
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp dried coconut
1 C almond milk (or any milk you choose)
Directions
Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blitz. Perfect fuel for after a workout!
