90 second bread
Ingredients
1 Tbsp butter or oil
3 Tbsp almond meal
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
Directions
Mix ingredients together in a small microwave safe jug or ramekin.
Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Flip out of the ramekin and cut in half, butter if you like. Top with eggs or anything you like!
Great alternative to traditional bread.
