Raspberry dream smoothie bowl
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1/2 C frozen raspberries + a few more to decorate
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Nuzest. If you don’t have protein powder you can leave this out)
Dash of milk of your choice
1/2 C plain yoghurt (I used Raglan Coconut plain greek yoghurt but any yoghurt of your choice would work)
2 Tbsp chia seeds
Directions
Blitz banana, raspberries, protein powder, milk and half of the yoghurt in your blender. Tip into the bowl. Decorate the top with the other half of the yoghurt, few extra raspberries and the chia seeds.
