Omelette
Ingredients
3 free range eggs
Dash of milk
2 pieces of ham, chopped up
1 C spinach
1 tomato, chopped
Few slices of red onion, chopped
Sprinkle of feta cheese (or any cheese you have)
Add whatever you like to an omelette, the possibilities are endless!
Salt & Pepper
Directions
Heat a non-stick pan, or add in a tiny bit of butter or coconut oil to make it non-stick.
Beat up 3 eggs with a wee bit of milk in a bowl. Once hot, tip the egg into the pan.
When it starts cooking, add in all the ingredients on top of the egg.
With a spatula flip the omelette in half, wait until veggies are cooked/heated through and then serve.
