Easy BBQ corn
Ingredients
6 fresh corn cobs
1/2 tsp dried oregano or your favourite herbs
1/2 tsp crushed garlic
1/4 C butter
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 tsp chilli pepper (optional)
Directions
In a bowl mix together herbs, garlic, butter, salt & pepper and chilli (optional). Spread approx. 1 teaspoon of the mixture onto each corn cob. Wrap the cobs individually in tinfoil and twist the ends to close. Place wrapped corn on the BBQ grill and cook for approx. 20 minutes until tender. Turn the cobs while cooking. Unwrap the cobs, if it’s cooked you could grill it at the end on the grill to get that char look before serving.
Allow to cool and serve. YUM! Serves 6.
