Divine Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp almond milk

  • 2 Tbsp cacao powder

  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil (melted)

  • 2 Tbsp liquid honey

  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter (I used Pics)

  • 2 free range eggs

  • Pinch of salt

  • Coconut & strawberries to garnish

Directions

Place all the ingredients (except coconut & strawberries) in a blender and whizz until smooth. This makes 2 servings, tip into two small bowls and put into the fridge to set for atleast 2 hours. Garnish just before serving (blueberries would be amazing too!) A delicious guilt free desert.
