Creamy chocolate avocado mousse
Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
200g dark chocolate (I used 72% Whittakers dark Ghana, go darker if you like it dark, though your mousse won’t taste as sweet)
1/2 C coconut milk
1 Tbsp honey, melted
Directions
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or heat proof bowl and stir until it’s all melted. Add flesh of 2 avocados, chocolate, coconut milk and honey to a blender and blitz until combined. Spoon into 4 serving dishes or glasses and chill in the fridge for 30 mins. This is very rich but delicious for a “sometimes” treat!
