Banana, Coconut & Cacao smoothie bowl
Ingredients
1 large frozen banana
2 ice cubes
1/2 C coconut yoghurt (I used Raglan Coconut Yoghurt, vanilla bean flavour)
1/4 C almond milk
1 pitted medjool date
1 Tbsp cacao powder
Toppings—You can put on whatever nuts/seeds etc you have, but I used chia seeds, coconut, pumpkin seeds, a few chopped up dried apricots and a few banana chips to add some crunch
Directions
Place all the ingredients (not the toppings) into a high powered blender and blitz. Spoon out into a bowl and add your toppings.
A perfect breakfast on a hot Summer morning!
